Accessibility Solutions for Xenia Residents & Businesses
As the county seat of Greene County, Xenia is a community defined by resilience and deep roots. The city has rebuilt and reinvested in itself time and again — most notably after devastating tornadoes — and that same spirit of determination is reflected in homeowners who choose to stay in the neighborhoods they have known for decades. Messer & Co. supports that commitment by providing wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and other accessibility modifications that allow Xenia residents to age in place with confidence and dignity.
Xenia's established neighborhoods feature a wide range of architectural styles, from Victorian-era homes near the historic downtown to postwar bungalows and colonials radiating outward toward Shawnee Park and the surrounding countryside. Many of these older homes have elevated front porches, uneven entries, and interior staircases that become barriers as mobility changes. The city is also a regional hub for multi-use bike trails — several major routes converge here, drawing active residents who value an independent lifestyle. Our team designs ramp and lift solutions that respect the character of each home while meeting ADA guidelines, so whether your house sits along a tree-lined street downtown or on a larger lot near the trails, we have the experience to get the job done right.
