Accessibility Solutions for Fairborn Residents & Businesses
Fairborn sits at the doorstep of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, giving it one of the highest concentrations of veterans and military retirees in the Dayton region. Many of these residents face mobility challenges as they age, and Messer & Co. is here to help them stay in the homes they love. Whether you live near downtown Fairborn, close to Wright State University, or in the neighborhoods that border the base, our team provides wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and bathroom grab bars built to last.
Fairborn's housing stock near Wright-Patterson includes many mid-century homes originally built for base personnel — compact floor plans with narrow hallways and steps at every entrance. These homes benefit greatly from modular ramp systems that can be configured to fit tight lots and small front yards. The area around Wright State University also includes apartments and townhomes where tenants and homeowners alike need accessible entries. Fairborn's connection to aviation history runs deep, from Huffman Prairie where the Wright Brothers perfected powered flight to the research corridors along Colonel Glenn Highway. We understand that the people who call this area home have served their country, and we bring that same sense of duty to every accessibility project we complete here.
