Accessibility Solutions for Troy Residents & Businesses
Troy is the heart of Miami County — a city where the historic courthouse square, the Great Miami River, and beloved traditions like the Troy Strawberry Festival create a genuine sense of place. Families here tend to stay for generations, which means many homeowners eventually face the question of how to make a longtime residence work as mobility needs change. Messer & Co. answers that question with professionally engineered wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and accessibility upgrades that let Troy residents remain in the homes and community they cherish.
From the stately older homes surrounding the courthouse square to the neighborhoods near Hobart Arena and Treasure Island Park along the river, Troy offers a mix of housing that spans well over a century. Two-story homes in the historic core often require interior stair lifts, while raised-ranch and bi-level homes in newer subdivisions benefit from exterior ramp systems at garage and side entries. The Troy-Hayner Cultural Center and Hobart Arena draw residents of all ages, and our accessibility work helps ensure that getting in and out of the house to enjoy these community landmarks is never a struggle. Every project we complete in Troy is custom-measured on site and built with materials rated for Ohio's freeze-thaw cycles, so your ramp or lift performs reliably year-round.
